Personnel despatched by ADMS from HAVRINCOURT to report for duty to O.C. 137 F.A. at GRAINCOURT arrived at GRAINCOURT 6 a.m. and commenced stretcher bearing etc under orders of O.C. 137 F.A.

Headquarters & transport at TRESCAULT - Under instructions from ADMS made arrangements for carrying all available dressings blankets stretchers & medical comfort to dump at HAVRINCOURT and from this by timbered GSWs to GRAINCOURT - Horsed Ambulance


25th

waggons sent to 137th F.A. [this line put opposite 25th by diarist- GGD]

40th Div RAMC Order No 42 25/11/17 received to effect - 40 Div (less artillery 120 MG Coy and 12th Yorks Pioneers) will be relieved by 62nd Division to night 25/26 inst, When relieved by F.A. of 62nd Div - RAMC personnel will withdraw as follows - 135 FA to FA Headquarters at TRESCAULT - 136 to H2s [HQs? - GGD] 136 FA at TRESCAULT - 137 to 137 FA HQr at HERMES - All vehicles including horsed Ambulances will proceed to H 2rs [HQs? - GGD] 136 F.A at TRESCAULT - All equipment in excess of mobilization strn[? - GGD] Table will b handed over to 62nd FA x x x


26th
Personnel of unit arrive at Headquarters at 8.30 a,m - Casualties sustained by unit while attached to 137 F.A. Three wounded one N.Z.D
